Great Tuesday!!!

Boxing training with JBS from 12:00 PM to 1:30 PM.  Sparring and strength work were on the menu.  Welcome back Jesse Leo, glad your finger is healed up and you can play again!!!

The earthquake didn't scare off any of our fighters.  We came back into the gym at 3:00 PM for an impromptu class with Fran Fontan and Fontan MMA.  Happy to see the big guy is up and mobile after that knee injury.  We missed your guidance and energy!!!

Urbanathalon training early Wednesday and Friday morning, St. Vartan Park (East 36th and 1st Ave) @ 7:30 AM.

Fight Night its here again.  Can't wait to get in the ring with done great opponents (and friends) for a fun night of sparring.  Nothing says love like hitting your friend in the face.

Just like last week, Friday Night is FIGHT NIGHT!!!!

Bring your gear and leave your inhibitions at the door.  Technique/warm ups start at 7 and sparring starts at 8.  Be at Elite Plus on 3 East 33rd Street for all the fun. 

For those of you who want to go out after there are showers available, bring a towel.  Also, NYSC locations dot the area, so that is an option.
