Last week we had a weak turn out. I will blame it on the weather. Let’s not have that happen two weeks in a row. Get your rears in gear and get in for some work.
As they say in The Program, “Are you hurt or injured?” Not sure of the difference? Hurt, you can train. Injured, YOU CAN’T. You can always do something. Work within the boundaries of your limitations for the day and your body will reward you will accelerated healing. Sweat out the impurities and have fun with your friends.
7 PM starts conditioning circuits and 8 PM starts the sparring. Bring boxing gloves, shin guards, MMA gloves, mouth guard and cup (TRUST ME!) and show up to Elite Plus Fitness @ 3 East 33rd Street, New York, NY.
