Circuit training starts at 7 PM and sparring starts at 8 PM (the real fun). Come to Elite Plus on 3 East 33rd Street, basement (under Metro PCS), to see how much fun you can really have in the heat.
We welcome all disciplines- boxing, judo, sambo, san da, kickboxing, BJJ, wrestling, MMA, capoeira, ANYTHING!!!
Bring all your gear and plenty of water!!! Showers are available so include a towel.
After fighting join Fusion MMA at a local bar to watch the Strikeforce Challengers fights on Showtime!! What better way to watch fights then with your fellow gladiators.
